Safety Agreement and Liability Waiver

Please follow safety precautions, which can include, but are not limited to:

• Limiting Range of Motion, Power, Force, and Speed: This can be achieved through appropriate settings and adjustments, as well as utilizing current-limited power supplies and employing mechanical design principles.

• Implementing physical barriers, safety enclosures, and clear guidelines for maintaining a safe distance from the operational components.

By acknowledging and agreeing to these safety precautions, you expressly waive Rbotic from any liability, to the extent allowed by law. This includes absolving Rbotic from any financial responsibility for damages, injuries, or losses incurred when using Rbotic products.

Warranty Policy

Unless stated otherwise, Rbotic products come with a 6 month warranty for functional defects in materials and workmanship.

During the warranty period, Rbotic may, at its discretion, repair the product, provide a replacement product of equivalent value and functionality, or issue a refund for the original purchase price.

The warranty does not cover damage or failures resulting from any of the following:

• Use of the product beyond the stated warranty period.

• Improper or abusive use, including but not limited to dropping, crushing, immersion in liquids, or violent operation.

• Use of non-original or unauthorized accessories.

• Damage that is not related to a product quality defect.

• Unauthorized modification, disassembly, enclosure opening, or alteration of the product.

• Incorrect installation, operation, or use that does not comply with the product documentation.

• Self-performed maintenance or replacement of parts without official authorization or instructions.

• Circuit modifications, or improper use of the battery pack or charger contrary to official guidelines.

• Operation in harsh or extreme environments, including but not limited to strong electromagnetic interference, rain, sandstorms, wetlands, or complex geological conditions.

• Operation on sharp terrain, under severe vibration, or with extreme fluctuations.

• Operation on low-friction surfaces such as ice, glass, or similar materials.

• Damage caused by tipping, falling, or overturning during operation, even on level ground.

• Collisions with people or objects, especially in complex or cluttered environments.

• Interference caused by other wireless or electronic devices, including Wi-Fi or electromagnetic interference.

• Overloading beyond the specified continous load capacity.

• Damage caused by external forces—violent or non-violent—that exceed design tolerances.

• Use of non-original, unauthorised, or incompatible accessories, batteries, chargers, or components.

• Compatibility or reliability issues arising from simultaneous use of third-party products.

• Continued operation with damaged, worn, or aging components.

• Damage caused by insufficient battery discharge, power depletion, defective battery packs, or reverse polarity.

• Failure to deliver the product within the specified timeframe after contacting Rbotic to confirm warranty service.

• Impact with hard objects, drops, or visible collision and scratch marks caused by improper operation.

• Evidence of foreign material intrusion, including dust, sand, gravel, water, or metal particles.

• Water damage, corrosion, or staining on the product or internal components due to operation in humid or wet environments.

• Damage caused while using user-developed high-level or low-level control programs.
  Examples include, but are not limited to:

  • Damage caused by user-implemented vision or control systems resulting in collisions or falls.

  • Damage caused by user-controlled motors leading to impacts or excessive vibration.

Rbotic reserves the right to require reasonable diagnostic procedures before approving a warranty claim.

Digital License Agreement

Rbotic Digital Products are provided for educational use and personal use only.

Unless provided with express written permission from Rbotic, the following is strictly prohibited:

• Redistribution, sharing, or transfering Rbotic digital products.

• Using Rbotic digital products for commercial purposes, including but not limited to, resale, distribution for financial gain.

Shipping policy

Customers outside Australia are responsible for all possible duties, taxes, and brokerage fees.
